Full Auto Shoot.....

Living history group the 12th Armored Div. Museum went to Oklahoma Full Auto Shoot. My son volunteers with the living history group.

He is having a good time there.

Today, the mister and I went into a Smith and Wesson Truck Trailer show at the base. I saw fancy engraved 357. There were a couple of young airman looking at the finery that I wished I had my sketch book with me to capture their concentration on each firearm they held.

There was this huge revolver gun. I didn't ask what it was because I gave it a new name. Barbell wrist breaker. It was heavy.

The mister is having a good time so I am just waiting for him. This older man shows me his cane. He carved tiny people inside these tiny holes. It was like a little city inside his cane.

Miniguns are a blast, pity it cost so much to put a few rounds down range.

Them are fun!

Madhat, in Vietnam I used to see "Puff the Magic Dragon" at work in the early mornings when it was still dark. It was a DC3 with three mini-guns sticking out of the windows on the pilot's side of the plane. The pilot would circle the target using the wing tip as the sight. When he started shooting all you saw was a red streak coming out of the sky. The sound was like a well oiled sewing machine. It was awesome!
