And why did you bring this up my dear? I have a wood burning stove that is going right now. Knowing mine as well as I do I clean it once a year. It's a steel pipe and not masonry.
So it wasn't you dangling off a rope and looking strange scrambling up to the roof. Whew!
Nope, twas not I, but I do have a metal roof too.
Oh dear, metal roofs are slippery when there is snow and ice on them. You do risk dangling off a rope and scrambling like crazy.
