Happy Easter.Quite a few of the display planes are getting new paint. The volunteers are doing a fine job. This is the B-52.
This is B-17. My dad was a pilot in the Army Air Corp. He learned this fly this plane and the B-24. His B-24 plane crashed in Dakar,Senegal Africa right after take off. He went through the windshield and landed on his head. He was in a coma for a while. He woke up on Easter morning hearing hymns being sung. He thought he made it to heaven. He heard a voice cry out, "he's awake".
