The Baby Angel Fish

Here is a picture of the baby angelfish that was hatched awhile back. They are getting big. I was able to give away some fish.

This is Alexis. She has quite a bit of personality for a fish. She has been wanting to be a mom for ages. She is in the breeding tank now. She is upset with me for moving her to the breeding tank. She is giving me the evil eye and flaring her fighting colors. Her mate is in the back right hand corner being camera shy and staying out of her way for the time being. Smart male.

Angel fish

The angel fish is laying eggs on the filter tube today. Her mate is on her left side. She is measuring at 7 inches from top to bottom. Yesterday, at the pet shop they had young angel fish. Oh.. they look so small and sweet.

The angel fish are a 1 1/2 years old.
