I see my fine Sen. Ted has Harry's gurly panties in a wad and Harry had to resort to name calling.

Apparently Sen. Ted isn't Hispanic. That's correct. He is a Texan. He got to Texas as soon as he could and embraced the Texas way of life.

Sen. Ted.. keep up the fine work. I wouldn't mind seeing Harry so flustered with you that he puts his panties on the outside of his pants.
