It is a tradition for us to ignite a plum pudding on New Year's Eve in our household. We set it ablaze with Drambuie instead of rum. We are going to postpone our tradition to tomorrow night.

That's a very English tradition. I usually end up with a pathetic little flame or an inferno. Brandy works well. Happy New Year!
