Not that it matters, but I went on the Walke when it was based at Naval Station Long Beach (CA). A fit fighting ship.
LL - I think it is nice that you had the chance to go on the Walke. What I remember most about Naval Station Long Beach was waiting in line with my mom to go into the commissary.
